My goal is to help you transform from who you believe you are to your highest self.

I have been in Private Practice for 23 years and licensed for 29.

I can help you look inside yourself for answers so that you move powerfully forward in your life and bring your best self to the people around you.

I was born and raised in California.  I lived and worked abroad in Israel, and Austria for 11 years.  My experiences outside of the US helped deepen my understanding of attachment and separation issues.
I gained extensive experience working in private practice with people suffering from depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship issues, and transition and adjustment issues relating to life stage changes.

Clinical Practice
I am available in-person in Westlake, CA and via telehealth.

Previous positions:

I worked in private practice in Tel Aviv and part time at Tel Aviv University in the Counseling and Psychological services providing psychotherapy for international (English speaking) students earning their BA, MA or MD.

I worked six years in the Psychiatry Department at Kaiser Permanente, California with adolescents, adults, families and couples suffering from depression, anxiety, substance abuse and co-dependency.  My position included leading the eating disorders program and teaching classes on parenting, communication skills, stress and anger management and on recovery from addiction.  I worked in the multidisciplinary outpatient clinic as well as the Emergency Department.

Before this I worked four years in the public sector in San Francisco, California, with inner city youth and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, disenfranchisement and relationship difficulties.
